1. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eyeglasses & Sunglasses Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for manufacturing defects or wrong item delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact Lenses Unopened and sealed contact lenses may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Opened or used contact lenses are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Hearing Aids Hearing aids can be returned or exchanged within 14 days only if there is a verified manufacturing defect or fitting issue. A hearing test or consultation may be required.
2. Exchange Policy
Products eligible for return may also be exchanged for a different model or power (if available), subject to inspection and approval.
Custom-made lenses, progressive lenses, or hearing devices programmed specifically for the customer are not exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Used or damaged items
Products without original packaging or invoice
Customized optical lenses (once fitted)
Opened or used hearing aid batteries and accessories
4. Refund Process
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In-store purchases must be returned to the same location.
